Product Impressive/Warranty Registration Process Not So Much

Very impressive product and technology so far, only was installed about 2 months. However, the warranty registration process was very difficult. Had to follow up several times with HVAC Direct and ACIQ staff to confirm the registration had been accepted. Finally, after several weeks, between the two companies it was done. Time will tell on the reliability and support. So far so good!
