I have had for about a year now and it is working fine as a heater and cooler. No complaints so far. Price cannot be beat.

We turned our screened in porch into a 4 season. Bought the unit, installed it myself and had a tech come to hook up the refrigerant. The unit far surpasses expectations. Great product!

Love the new unit especially having the a/c coils 2-feet above the ground makes a world of difference. No more rocks and debris damaging the coils and causing the refrigerate to leak.
