I purchased two units ACiQ -36-HP230B and ACiQ-24W-HP230B from HVACdirect. Although it took about 4-5 weeks for the units to arrive, I had my AC guy install them without any issues. They have been operating fine ever since. I have normally gone with GREE units due to their warranty and at the recommendation of my ac installer. The ACiQ units were much more economical than the Gree units and offered a 12 year warranty, which is superior to the GREE warranty. I was able to register the ACiQ units myself to get this 12 year warranty. Other manufacturers require you to get the AC installer to register the units which can be problematic. Although it is still early, overall I am very satisfied with my experience with ACiQ.
